Complete a short health assessment online, get your lab work done at a local Quest or LabCorp, meet with your licensed provider via video, and receive your medication shipped directly to your door. Labs, consults, supplies, and shipping are all included in one simple monthly price.
We are currently licensed in 47 states. During signup you will select your state to confirm availability. Some medications may have restrictions in certain states based on local regulations.
Most patients complete their intake, labs, and provider consult within 10 to 14 days. Once your provider approves your protocol your medication ships within 48 hours. The whole process is designed to be as fast and straightforward as possible.
No. Matrix Reformed operates completely outside of insurance. Our transparent pricing includes everything with no copays, no surprise bills, and no pre-authorizations. What you see is what you pay.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 14-day notice. Quarterly and annual plans are term commitments and fees are not refunded for early cancellation, but any unused balance can convert to account credit. Full details are available at our refund policy page.
